Double Barrel Musket Style Choke Bore Belgium Laminated Steel Machine Made NOTE: do not fire this weapon with modern ammunition. A Neumann Bros (frequently misspelled as Newman Bros) 12 gauge Damascus shotgun is a vintage, Belgian-made side-by-side double-barrel firearm produced during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Origin: Manufactured in Liège, Belgium, which was a major hub for export-market shotguns in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Barrels: Built using hand-wrapped Damascus or laminated twist steel, showing unique patterned lines where strips of iron and steel were forged together. Design: Typically features double triggers, an engraved receiver, and either exposed external hammers or an internal hammer design. Many bear stamps like "Machine Made" or "Belgium Laminated Steel".
